- On the opening pages of the October 1955 issue of China Pictorial, a photo spread documents parades held in Beijing to celebrate China’s sixth National Day.¹ For the most part, the images depict scenes one might expect for such an event: Mao Zedong and other leaders saluting from atop the rostrum overlooking Tian’anmen Square; schoolchildren walking with bouquets in front of a float.
Since 1954, Twenty-Four Hours a Day has become a stable force in the recovery of many alcoholics throughout the world. With over ten million copies in print (the original text has been revised), this 'little black book' offers daily thoughts, meditations, and prayers for living a clean and sober life.

Parts Manager (Dubois/Shippenville Divisions)
Day Twenty Foursugars Legacy Stables Las Vegas
My name is Mitch Boyer. I started with then W. W. Engine, now Legacy Truck Centers, in 2009 as an Outside Parts Salesman with no experience. As I got started into my career I took all of the knowledge and training that they were willing to give and little did I know at the time it was a catapult for a successful career. I was approached to come inside and work directly under the owner of the company at our Kylertown branch in late 2010. >From there I continued to grow and had the opportunity to show exactly what I was capable of and in 2012 they brought me back to our Dubois store as a counterman and shortly after promoted to parts manager. This company has and still does give me the opportunity to get out of it what I am willing to put in. I was able to go from a 23 year old young man with no direction to a career and training in the world of heavy truck. At this point I have had the opportunity to do things that are beyond the parts world as well such as participating in career fairs, speaking to students at the Tech schools about the industry, and working booths at the county fairs which all allow me to promote myself in a positive light to the communities we serve. My journey through the past 10 years with Legacy Truck Centers has not only groomed me for a life long career but has also made me a better man.
